Accessibility

IceBreakerz should be fun for everyone.

Eased Software (Pty) Ltd is committed to providing accessible digital services and to removing barriers reported by disabled people.

Our standard

We design and test the IceBreakerz website, web app, Android app, and iOS app against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where those criteria apply. We also consider platform guidance for VoiceOver, TalkBack, keyboard access, switch access, text scaling, contrast, reduced motion, and forced-colour modes.

Accessibility features

  • Keyboard-visible focus, logical focus order, skip navigation, and labelled controls.
  • Screen-reader names, headings, landmarks, status announcements, and modal focus management.
  • Text resizing and system text scaling without intentionally disabling browser zoom.
  • Colour contrast, non-colour status cues, reduced motion, and large touch targets.
  • Authentication that supports password managers and does not rely on memory puzzles.

Known limitations and assistance

Live multiplayer screens and drawing-based play change frequently and can behave differently across assistive-technology combinations. We continue to test these flows and prioritise any barrier that prevents account access, purchases, cancellation, privacy choices, or gameplay. If a game mechanic cannot be made equivalent because the gesture is essential to that mechanic, we will explain it and help you choose an accessible game or alternative way to participate.

Tell us about an accessibility barrier

Email support@icebreakerzgames.com or call +27 76 238 8089. Please tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, your device, and any assistive technology used. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary medical information.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days, offer a practical alternative as soon as possible, and track the barrier through remediation. You may request information in an alternative accessible format at no charge.

Ongoing review

Automated checks support, but do not replace, keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, motion, and disabled-user testing. We review this statement after material releases and at least annually.
